Notifications

PesaScope keeps an eye on your business and nudges you when something needs attention — so you notice a stock-out or an overdue balance before it costs you.

Where to find them

Tap the bell icon in the top bar (next to your profile). A red dot means you have unread notifications. Open it to see the list, tap one to jump to the relevant screen, and mark them as read.

Types of notification

  • Low stock — a product or material has dropped to its reorder level. Time to buy more.
  • Expiring stock — batches approaching their expiry date (for materials with expiry tracking).
  • Money owed — customer debts that are due or overdue (see Who Owes / I Owe).
  • Subscription & billing — upcoming renewal, a payment that needs confirming, or a plan about to lapse (see Subscriptions & Billing).
  • Payment reminders — on the Pro plan, PesaScope also emails your customers before and after an invoice due date; see PesaScope Pro.

Manage & email alerts

Reorder levels that drive low-stock alerts are set per item in Products & Stock and Materials. Automated customer reminder emails are configured in Pro. Some notices are also emailed to owners — check your general preferences in Settings & Management.
